KidsRobo Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") operates the Kids Robo application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account Information: Email address, name, password
• Child Information: Child's name, age, device information
• Message Data: WhatsApp messages analyzed for safety threats
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Detect potential safety threats using AI analysis
• Send you daily safety reports
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Communicate with you about the Service

3. AI Analysis

Our AI analyzes message content to detect threats such as cyberbullying, predatory behavior, and harmful content. We do not read messages manually. The AI flags only concerning content for parental review.

4. Data Retention

• Non-flagged messages are deleted within 72 hours (configurable)
• Flagged messages are retained for up to 180 days
• Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Service providers who assist in operating our Service (AWS, Stripe)
• When required by law or to protect safety

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256) to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

• Delete your data

• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Kids Robo is designed for parental monitoring of children aged 5-17. We require parental consent before collecting any child data. Children can see that the app is installed and can unlink their device at any time.
